Advantages of Single Fire Toilet Bowls: Durable Color: The Single Fire process integrates the color deeply into the ceramic at a high temperature of 1270°C. This ensures that the color is molecularly bonded, maintaining its intensity for years without fading or flaking.
Mechanical Strength: Our toilet bowls undergo a single firing process where all components, including the glaze layer, are fired simultaneously. This creates a homogeneous ceramic material with superior mechanical properties, offering enhanced resistance to scratches, impacts, and other forms of physical stress.
Rimless Design:Our LAVIE wall-mounted toilet features a rimless design, eliminating hidden edges where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. Reduced Mechanical Strength: The double firing process, with its second firing cycle at a lower temperature, can create a less homogeneous ceramic material. This leads to decreased resistance to mechanical stress, such as scratches and impacts.
